    MedTrust, in anticipation of a future award, is seeking a full time Physician for FAA Certified Medical Examiner and Occupational Health Clinic oversight at NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA.

     

    Your patients would be Jet Propulsion Engineers, Astronaut trainees, Astronomers & Federal Civil Service, among others!

     

    This position is a full time position.

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnose, prescribe and treat patients in a professional and respectful manner
    • Schedule regular checkups with at-risk employees
    • Work in a team environment that includes occupational safety specialists and nurses
    • Perform FAA medical examinations
    • Participate in peer reviews
    • Attend in-service training

    Qualifications

    Must Have

    • Possess a current, valid, unrestricted license from the State of California
    • Be a Certified FAA Medical Examiner OR BC in Occupational or Internal Medicine
    • Possess a current NPI and DEA number
    • Have at least 2 years of Occupational Health experience 
    • Possess Basic Life Support certification from an American Heart Association 
    • Certification in occupational medicine desired
