Registered Nurse (RN) - Primary Care / Family Practice Clinic: Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA


In anticipation of a Government contract award, MedTrust is accepting resumes from Registered Nurses with experience in the following specialties:

  • Primary Care: Adults & Peds
  • Family Practice: Adult & Peds
  • Internal Medicine
  • Outpatient Clinic

Possible position schedule:

  • Full time, 40 hours / week
  • Monday - Friday
  • Possibly Saturdays
  • No on-call requirements
  • No Federal holidays

Tasks and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Room, vitals, head to toe assessments, chief complaint
  • Telephone triage, tele-consults, referral to other services
  • Charting, medication administration, assist with office procedures


Must have:

  • Current, unrestricted license from any US jurisdiction
  • 2 years of outpatient clinic experience
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
