HR specialist

Medtrust is hiring a detailed administrative individual to assist the Program Manager with projects assigned in our corporate office. This is a highly interactive position requiring the ability to work independently and with a team in a time sensitive environment.  Position requires a high level of organization and capability of handling multiple projects at one time.  Supports Program Manager in facilitating service provision.  Completes reporting as required.  Effectively works as part of a project team to ensure a high degree of client and staff satisfaction.  Maintains an optimistic and positive approach to the work and team members.

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintains project employee rosters utilizing company databases: ICIMs and BlueSky.
  • Maintains employee schedules, credentials and expirations in BlueSky.
  • Assists with tracking and updating BlueSky upon receipt of signed offer letters.
  • Assists with in-processing oversight and to assist candidates throughout the credentialing process.
  • Maintains clear, open communication with our customer, candidates, field employees and co-workers.
  • Assists with the coordination of field employees' time off requests.  Must be familiar with LWOP, FMLA and Workman's Comp in conjunction with HR Manager.
  • Assists with conducting annual field employee appraisals.
  • Back-up coverage for other team members as requested.
  • Rotation in on-call schedule; evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Assists with running monthly employee absenteeism report and keeping Program Manager informed.
  • Maintains call lists and effectively coordinates and communicates with on call team.
  • Runs required reports from multiple databases and effectively documents activity in each database(s).
  • Completes monthly reports as assigned.
  • Employee and client site visits as scheduled.
  • Assist with development for strategic staffing plans.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • 2 + year's experience in supervisory role or related experience.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized and able to change tasks throughout the day.
  • Computer knowledgeable and proficient with use of MS Office programs
