HR Analyst

MedTrust LLC, a leader in healthcare government staffing, is looking for a dynamic HR Analyst to join an established team in San Antonio, TX.

The key responsibilities of the position include support in driving performance through monitoring and management of key performance indicators, data tracking and analysis, support of resource acquisition, process improvement/efficiency, reporting and innovation in use of systems.

Responsibilities

        • Track performance in the recruitment, credentialing and on-boarding of candidates to fulfill open positions against key indicators required by contracts
        • Coordinate with internal operations staff to ensure key milestones are met on an ongoing basis
        • Understand key milestones in each contract and develop business metrics and reports to track performance against those milestones

        • Analyze data to identify obstacles and opportunities for performance or process improvement

        • Use data to support operations reporting requirements of contracts as it relates to recruitment and on-boarding of candidates
        • Conducts market research to find and evaluate recruitment resources to support talent acquisition in terms of job boards, technology tools, etc.
        • Maintains a current knowledge of industry recruitment approaches to support the development of recruitment strategies
        • Develop deep knowledge of IT systems used in operational processes to ensure capabilities are maximized
        • Provide ongoing idea flow for process improvement integrating use of systems
        • Document workflow processes incorporating system utilization and documentation requirements of operations staff

 

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field, MBA preferred, from an accredited college or university

Work Experience:

  • Two years of workforce management experience or two plus years in business analysis/data management or consulting
  • Experience with multiple workforce management software products
  • Preferred (but not required) experience in the healthcare or staffing industry
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Expert level Excel skills, including complex calculations, pivot tables, external data links, macros, VBA)
  • Understanding of data mining
  • Strong math and PC skills
  • Advanced ability to move through database driven systems  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Builds strong relationships within team, support departments and networks externally within all areas of company industry 
  • Ability to work independently, exercise independent judgement and select criteria to set standard procedures
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a high performance team
  • Ability to meet stringent timelines on a consistent basis
  • Varied hours are required occasionally

Travel

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
