    We are currently accepting resumes for Clinical Psychologist to provide medical services at the Behavioral Health Clinic and Intrepid Spirit Concussion Recovery Center (SCRC)/TBI Clinic at Camp Lejeune, NC

     

     Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0600-2000

    Responsibilities

    • Three letters of recommendation written within the last two years attesting to the health care worker’s clinical skills. At least one letter must be from a physician, psychologist, or nurse who has personally observed and evaluated the health care worker and who can attest to the health care worker’s clinical competence in the care of patients. The other letters may be from a clinic or hospital administrator, physician, psychologist or nurse who has personal knowledge of the health care worker’s patient care skills in a similar clinical environment. Reference letters shall attest to the health care worker’s communication skills and ability to relate to patients as well as professional and other interpersonal skills among staff members and must include name, title, telephone number, date of reference, address and signature of the individual providing reference.

    Technically direct, escort, and/or act as a therapeutic participant in patient activities both on and off the clinic.

    Provide care for patients utilizing proper infection control and safety techniques as planned and/or ordered.

     

    Document per clinic policy and notifies the neuropsychologist in charge of any abnormal or unusual findings in a timely manner.

    Qualifications

    • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or in a behavioral science related field and have three years of experience in the performance of the following neuropsychological testing administration and test scoring within the preceding 36 months: Wechsler Adult intelligence Scale-fourth edition (WAIS-IV) or current; Wechsler Memory Scale-fourth edition (WMS-IV) or current; California Verbal Learning Test-second edition (CVLT-II); Trailmaking Test; Grooved Pegboard Test; Test of Memory and Malingering (TOMM); and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test.

    or

    • Possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or in a behavioral science related field and have 1 year experience in the performance of the following neuropsychological testing and test scoring within the preceding 24 months: Wechsler Adult intelligence Scale-fourth edition (WAIS-IV) or current; Wechsler Memory Scale-fourth edition (WMS-IV); California Verbal Learning Test-second edition (CVLT-II) or current; Trailmaking Test; Grooved Pegboard Test; Test of Memory and Malingering (TOMM); and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test.
