    We are currently accepting resumes for Dietitian to provide medical services at the Department of Defense Military Health System (MHS), Tinker AFB, OK  area in anticipation of an upcoming government contract award.


    Duty Hours Typically:

    Monday-Friday 0730-1630 sometimes may run 0600-1800

    Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Able to use various programs, such as Word, Excel, Access, Power-Point, and Project to generate a range of products (i.e., tables of contents, import graphs or databases, create glossaries, align multiple columns, print document, identify files or make other notations at the top or bottom of each page, and create form 5 letters and automatically merging these with mailing lists). The contract personnel will also be required to operate the ALTHA, CHCS and any additional computer system as needed for the performance of their duties, with no additional training within 3 months of being trained.


    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) or completion of a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) accredited by the ACEND or completion of a post- Baccalaureate degree Dietetic Internship Program of supervised practice (for a minimum of 1200 hours) accredited by ACEND.
    • Possesses no less than three (3) years of experience in the last 5 years in health promotion, obesity & weight management and lifestyle counseling, including knowledge of the Diabetes Prevention Program Outcomes studies and the National Diabetes Prevention Program.
    • Current registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Shall have and maintain an active, valid, unrestricted, current license.
    • Should be a role model in healthy lifestyle behaviors. 
    • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
