    Outpatient  SARP Clinic

    Monday -Friday between the hours of 0700-2000

    40 HRS per week 



    We anticipate these are FULL TIME positions!!!

    MedTrust welcomes contact from the current incumbents to these positions.


    • Prepare exam rooms prior to patients arrival.
    • Obtain patients medical records following appropriate procedures.
    • Check patients vital signs, to include temp, respiration, pulse, weight and blood pressure.
    • Assist the provider as needed.
    • Perform diagnostic test when ordered, to include EKG'S, urine dip sticks, phlebotomy ect.


    • Certificate.
    • Completion of a certified nursing assistant program.
    • Possess and maintain certification as a certified nursing assistant.
    • Possess 1 year of full-time experience in a mental health and addiction setting within the preceding 5 years.
