    Appointing Services and Front Desk Receptionist - Buckley AFB in Aurora, CO

     

    MedTrust is accepting resume for a  full time position for an experienced Appointing Services and Front Desk Receptionist  to provide services at Buckley AFB in Aurora, CO in anticipate for a government contract award.

     

    Typical schedule :

    • Monday - Friday, 40 hours
    • 0730-1600
    • Peak times for appointments are usually 0700-0830
    • No federal holidays

    Responsibilities

     

    Confidentiality / HIPAA

    Effectively communicate with all patients and with the Medical treatment Facility (MTF)

    Will work in conjunction with other appointment clerks, professionals, and non-contract personnel

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Have basic understanding of medical or dental terminology.
    • 1 year basic customer service
